Process for Awarding
Jackets
1. After the completion
of each sports season, the Athletic Booster Club will determine those students who have qualified for their
jacket and whose families have met their obligations.
2. These
students will be asked to pick up their Booster Club Jacket order form from the Athletic Office.
3. The jacket order form will be used to identify the
size of the jacket and any additional items (name, graduation year, sport patches, pins, sleeve upgrade, collar upgrade) the
student would like to purchase at their expense. The Booster Club covers the cost of the base jacket (High
Royal Blue with Vinyl sleeves), the official Booster Club emblem on the back of the jacket and the attachment of the student’s
Varsity Letter awarded to them from Warren Hills Regional High School.
4. The
form will also identify the deadline for ordering the jacket. If the jacket is not ordered by the designated
deadline, the athlete will forfeit the opportunity to receive a jacket.
5. A
student who has met all of the requirements to receive a jacket and has previously purchased from All Sports the same jacket
that is awarded by the Booster Club may have the emblem added to the back of the jacket. The jacket must
be taken to All Sports to have the emblem attached by the same deadline stated in the letter for ordering jackets.
The cost of the emblem and the attachment to the jacket (NOT the cost of the jacket and other additions) will be paid
for by the Booster Club.
Process for Athletes who have qualified for their jacket but
the family has not met their requirements
1. These
students will be asked to stop by the Athletic office to puck up a letter that identifies that they have accumulated the four
(4) points that they require but their family has not met all of their requirements.
2.
The letter will identify which of the family requirements are outstanding and the deadline
that they have in order to fulfill their requirements. Families will have two (2) sport seasons to meet
the requirements unless the athlete is a senior, then the requirements must be met by the end of the spring sport season of
the current school year.
